Natalie from Hearts and Flowers, in South Wales was a God send. I made an error in my order, as I was ordering whilst abroad, and had a lot going on in my mind! However, Natalie reached out in an email, well after office hours to enquire on my needs. This was so helpful, and the error was corrected immediately! On the day the Lettering flowers for my brother's funeral arrived on time, and what an absolutely beautiful job was done! I was totally pleased with them. Thank you Natalie from Hearts and Flowers.

Great experience ordering flowers from Hearts and Flowers. The flowers were delivered to an incorrect address due to common address issues in the area. Once we had notified the company, they arranged for the flowers to be hand delivered to the correct address within an hour, which was greatly appreciated given the reason for ordering. Brilliant service and really beautiful flowers. Will order again

I found hearts and flowers quickly online yesterday evening , I wanted somewhere local to my sister's house. The website is brilliant and I could easily see what was on offer, the forms were easy to fill in too. All was clear and user friendly. My sister received the flowers the very next day and sent us a picture, she is over the moon with them. Thankyou so much. Definitely a 5 star experience, so quick and easy.
