Natalie from Hearts and Flowers, in South Wales was a God send. I made an error in my order, as I was ordering whilst abroad, and had a lot going on in my mind! However, Natalie reached out in an email, well after office hours to enquire on my needs. This was so helpful, and the error was corrected immediately! On the day the Lettering flowers for my brother's funeral arrived on time, and what an absolutely beautiful job was done! I was totally pleased with them. Great experience ordering flowers from Hearts and Flowers. The flowers were delivered to an incorrect address due to common address issues in the area. Once we had notified the company, they arranged for the flowers to be hand delivered to the correct address within an hour, which was greatly appreciated given the reason for ordering. Lovely flowers. A bit on the pricey side but hard to tell when ordering online as you can't see the actual size of the bunch. Half of them died within a week so £50 felt rather expensive in the end. A little disappointed and embarrassing when you've bought them for someone else

It was easy to order from here in New Zealand and the confirmation about delivery was great. The only improvement I can suggest would be providing the sender with a picture of the product with the confirmation email. Just a quick snap on the phone would be fine!
